Vocational Rehabilitation

In Order to Apply for Vocational Rehabilitation, Chapter 31, You Must:

Complete application 22-1900 by:

Applying online at http://vabenefits.vba.va.gov/vonapp/main.asp OR
Contact the VA Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment office at 713-383-1985 OR
1-800-827-1000 to get an application mailed to you OR
Print an application 28-1900 from http://www.gibill.va.gov/GI_Bill_Info/education_forms.htm.

NEXT:

Contact your campus financial aid office to apply for grants, scholarships and other financial aid.

Note:
You must gain approval from your VA counselor before enrolling in classes. Your VA counselor will send your approval (28-1905) to the Veteran Affairs Center.

Additional Information:

You must gain prior approval from your VA counselor before dropping and adding classes, and you must report these changes to the Veterans Affairs Center at 281.290.2897.

Academic Evaluation Form
All students must complete this form when you are new to our school, or you are changing your degree plan.

Standard of Progress Form

All students must read and sign this form upon initial enrollment. You will only need to complete this form once, unless it has been over 1 year since your last attendance with Lone Star College System.
